What should I do if a database failover occurs in my Database Availability Group (DAG)?

Problem:

You may need to import the size of mailboxes, or to run a report on mailbox size, shortly after one or more active databases failed over to an alternate server.
In that case, you will get some warning messages explaining that no item was added to the database, or that no data could be found based on the following criteria.

Solution:

Using the File > Import Directory Data option, run a full reimport of the directory into your database.
