How to confirm that scheduled operations completed successfully

Question:

I would like to check that my daily scheduled operations (e.g. message tracking files imports) have been successful.
How can I do that?

Answer:

Use the Tools > Consult Trace Files menu to view the content of trace files generated during interactive and batch processes.

Should you need to open a support ticket, please systematically provide us with your latest trace files. Their default location is: %PUBLIC%\Documents\Promodag\Reports\10\Logs.
