An error stating "Load Report Failed: The maximum report processing job limits..." displays when trying to run a report

Problem: An error stating "Load Report Failed: The maximum report processing job limits configured by your system administrator has been reached" displays when trying to run a report.



Solution: The error means that there is too much load on the Crystal Reports reporting engine (by default, the print job limit is set to 75 jobs).

It is very likely that
  1. Your selection contains many objects grouped in many groups or even not grouped at all (for example,  all organization mailboxes grouped at the mailbox level, cf. Selection and Group tabs)
  2. You also selected the Separate report check box in the Group tab.
So you are requesting 1 print job per mailbox/group of mailboxes, and the Crystal Reports engine cannot complete more than 75.

The solution is to uncheck that box, or to make a narrower selection of objects, or to group them differently.
