<> means 'different of'. You should use this filter instead:
Subject, Not Like, *SUSPECT*
(i.e. the Subject field does not contain 'SUSPECT' anywhere in the chain of characters), or, even better,
Subject, Not Like, SUSPECT:*
(i.e. the chain of characters present in the Subject field does not begin with 'SUSPECT:'
I need to find emails with a subject containing "Viagra" but my Find Specific Messages report does not seem to work. I am setting the following filter:
Subject Like "Viagra"
Do not use quotation marks. You should use asterisks instead:
Subject, Like, *Viagra*
(i.e. the Subject field contains 'Viagra'
anywhere in the chain of characters), or, even better,
Subject, Like, *V??gr?'
(i.e. the subject field contains a chain of characters including 'V' followed by any 2 characters, and 'gr' followed by any character). So you can retrieve all messages whose subject contains 'Vi@gra', 'v1agr@' etc.
How can I track a forwarded message?
